You may access and download Website content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

These characters include their names, visual appearance, proportions, colour palettes, personalities, expressions, poses, accessories, animations, stories, artwork, and other identifying characteristics.

These character identities are protected as part of the Stupandas intellectual property portfolio.

Without our prior written permission, you must not:

  • reproduce or commercially exploit the characters or substantially similar versions of them;
  • create derivative characters intended to imitate or compete with the Stupandas brand;
  • use the characters on products, websites, software, games, merchandise, advertising, NFTs, digital collectibles, or other commercial material;

  • use the characters in a way that damages, dilutes, or misrepresents the Stupandas brand.

Nothing in these Terms prevents lawful commentary, criticism, reporting, review, parody, or other uses permitted by applicable law.

1.5. Software Downloads

Software made available through this Website may be subject to separate licence agreements or Terms of Use.

Downloading software from this Website grants you a licence to use that software only as permitted by the applicable licence.

Ownership of the software and all associated intellectual property remains with Stupandas or its licensors.

2. Stupandas Website Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy forms part of the Terms of Use above and applies to visitors to the stupandas.com website. Our applications each have their own privacy policy, which covers that application and is available from within it and from this website. This policy does not describe any of our applications.

2.1. Who we are

This website is operated by Stupandas (ABN 94 696 024 046), a registered business name operating as a sole trader in Australia. You can contact us at support@stupandas.com.

2.2. Information you give us

The only way to contact us through this website is by email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in your message. We use it to answer you, and we keep it only as long as needed for that purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not send marketing.

2.3. Information collected automatically

This website is hosted on a third-party website platform, it automatically records standard technical information when you visit — including your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you viewed, and the time of your visit. This is generated by the hosting platform, not by us, and we use it only to understand roughly how many people visit the site and which pages are useful. We do not use this information to identify you personally, and we do not attempt to build a profile of you.

2.4. Analytics and cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any cookie that tracks you across other websites.

2.5. Links to other services

This website links to services operated by other companies:

  • PayPal, if you choose to make a donation. Nothing is sent to PayPal unless you click the donation link. Any payment is handled entirely by PayPal under its own privacy policy, we never see your payment details.
  • The Microsoft Store, where our applications are distributed. Purchases are handled by Microsoft under Microsoft's own privacy statement.

Once you follow a link to another service, that service's privacy policy applies, not this one. We are not responsible for how other companies handle your information.

We do not sell, rent, or trade information about visitors to anyone. We do not share it except where we are required to by law.
